KapitalXP claims to offer trading of forex, commodities, stocks, CFDs, and other assets. However, it doesn’t have any license to do so, despite its fake claims on its website. Since KapitalXP claims to be located in Germany, so it should have a license from the regulator BaFin. Not only is this license fake, but BaFin has flagged KapitalXP as a suspected scam broker because it has no license.
Not having a license is one thing–trying to fool people with a fake logo is another. It’s not worth taking the risk with an unregulated broker. What’s more, the website is poorly designed, it has only its proprietary Webtrader platform instead of MetaTrader and there is no contact information for the people who run it. We would stay away from KapitalXP.
